Please ensure that you read all the information about my services and qualifications and my terms and conditions on my website before booking your appointment. I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor or licensed counselor. I am a hypnotist, qualified in clinical hypnosis, group hypnosis, analytical hypnosis and spiritual hypnosis. I am also a holistic healer and Reiki master, certified holistic massage therapist, NLP life coach, kid’s life coach and domestic violence victim service provider. I am a registered Psychotherapist in Colorado.
I do not bill insurance companies, and it is my understanding that most insurance companies do not reimburse for hypnotism. I collect my fee at the time of service by cash or credit card and will gladly give you a receipt showing the reason for the consultation. If you wish to send it to your insurance company, you may do so. However, I do caution you not to expect the insurance policy to pay the claim.
To book any of the following sessions, please select the “Schedule appointment” button to the right. Make sure to include all of your details so that I can be in contact with you soon to arrange your first free 30-minute phone consultation. If we agree to start working together, I will email you the forms that need to be completed before your first session and set up a time and date that suits you best.
I look forward to meeting you and assisting you in living a Kaleidolife!

My hypnosis sessions last 1 – 1½ hour, depending on you and what you are trying to accomplish. My sessions are client-centered and unrushed. I suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, have something to drink and get comfortable.
Our first session together consists of the intake process and getting to know you a little better. The more information you give me, the better I can serve you. Everything you tell me will be strictly confidential and I can assure you that you are in a safe space.
Within your first session, I will put you in a light hypnosis state. This is just a stress relief, relaxation session for you to enjoy. If you have never been hypnotized before, this is a beautiful introduction to hypnosis. If you enjoy my session, my voice, and the overall experience, we will continue to set up the rest of your treatment plan.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable or that you think my services is not something that you feel would benefit you greatly, you are more than welcome to tell me. I will never feel offended and will gladly refer you to one of the professionals in my network.
The number of sessions that you will need is completely up to you. I would suggest you start off with two-three sessions and see where you are with what you were trying to achieve. This is also where you and I will evaluate our sessions together to see if it is helpful. Therapy should always show an improvement over time so that you are not stuck in therapy indefinitely.
Appointments are pre-booked and paid for before each session. If for any unforeseen reason you are unable to keep your commitment to me, please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
Life coaching is one of the most profound human abilities and skill set and often not given enough credit. It is seen and experienced all around us daily. You know… that warm fuzzy feeling you get when someone pays you a compliment for work well done or takes your hand and walks you through a difficult situation.
We all have the skills and knowledge to be life coaches. It is one of the most rewarding experiences to receive or give someone the knowledge that they are not alone. That there is a way out or light at the end of the tunnel. We all need that someone in our lives that is just always there for you with an objective view and a positive mindset.
Being a professional life coach means that it is my life passion to assist people to live out to their full potential and that I have committed myself to obtain the best possible qualifications and skills to take my clients from feeling unmotivated, negative and stuck in life to inspired, positive and reaching their goals easily and quickly.
When you book life coaching with me, we will evaluate your goals and obstacles that are preventing you from being the best you in the past present and future. We will brainstorm these goals through a process called “DreamSculpting” to ensure that they are –
Once we have a clear picture of where you want to be and what you wish to achieve we will find and deal with any past memories of guilt, fear, and unworthiness through a process called timeline therapy. This will eliminate the possibility of you standing in your own way and sabotaging yourself.
I also use a modality called Parts therapy to ensure that all possible parts of you are in alignment with what you are trying to achieve. This will help you find focus and balance and eliminate that constant chatter inside that fogs up your mind.
We will have fun with vision boards and play around with the idea of aligning yourself with your higher self and asking for guidance and supernatural resources to achieve the seemingly impossible. Remember…imagination is stronger than knowledge. What you ask, you will receive.
The best part of it all is future integration where you visualize and conceptualize your perfect future. Work out the specific steps needed to achieve your goals, set a future timeline for yourself and start by taking one or two steps a day to make your dreams a reality.
I will assist you in finding the specific steps and dates needed to achieve your goal at a certain date and hold you accountable all the way to the top. The program commences over eight weeks. The first four sessions will be done face to face in my office once a week. The next two sessions via Zoom once a week and the last two weeks will be follow up sessions on a daily basis via e-mail.
The last time we see each other will be to celebrate your huge success! Of course, you are welcome to then book me to assist you in working towards your next goal…and your next…and your next! I will always be available to assist you and honored to walk beside you on your life journey.

I was trained in Africa in the art of holistic healing massage. I owned my own massage school where I trained my students in a variety of different massage modalities including reflexology, Indian head massage, EFT and trauma release techniques to assist clients in finding a deeper relaxation and healing.
I am an AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) member, but do not have a massage therapist license in Colorado. Therefore, I do not offer full body massage therapy to my clients as a stand-alone therapy and do not proclaim to be a licensed massage therapist.
Instead, I do include a very relaxing, stress relieving Indian head massage or hands and feet massage to my clients on the basis that it is part of my sessions to alleviate stress and anxiety. Our bodies and minds are connected and it allows healing to take place on a much deeper level.
You will not be able to book holistic massage therapy as a session with me, but once you have booked your appointment with me for Hypnosis, we will discuss whether holistic massage therapy is necessary for you to find full mind and body relaxation and healing.
I am a Reiki practitioner and do incorporate Reiki as part of my sessions or as a stand-alone therapy.

While living in San Diego I joined the YWCA as a volunteer. Assisting as a volunteer counselor and children’s activity coordinator. I spend a year working in their domestic violence shelters and answering their domestic violence hotline phones to assist people going through domestic violence and giving them the resources they needed to deal with their situation.
I completed their domestic violence counselor training and went on to volunteer and work as a life coach and counselor to women, men and their children dealing with domestic violence.
It is a subject very close to my heart as I too have been through abusive relationships in my life and felt trapped in horrible situations. From early childhood, living with an abusive father to being stuck in the cycle of abuse until my late twenties.
Every family has their issues and diversities to deal with, but when your partner degrades and humiliates you, physically, emotionally, mentally and/or verbally abuses you on a regular basis, it’s time to get out.
It is not an easy decision to make and what follows is not an easy path, but I promise you…it is so worth it. We only live once and we are worth so much more than letting another human being manipulate and/or control you.
My domestic violence services include working out a save plan with you, building up your confidence and assisting you in finding the right resources for you. I also accompany you to court for moral support if you do not have family close by to be with you.
I am also a child advocate and will assist your children in learning coping skills they will need to deal with divorce and/or domestic violence situations. I am a communication specialist here to assist you and your family to find common ground and connection or assist in child visitation monitoring.
If you are experiencing domestic violence, please make sure that you delete your browser history on your computer every time after researching domestic violence assistance. Do not save any numbers on your phone and delete any e-mails. Your safety comes first.
You can phone the national domestic violence hotline at – (800) 799 – 7233 or visit their website at – www.thehotline.org for more information and resources in your area.
